Submission Guidelines

The Southeast Museum of Photography is pleased to present our annual student exhibition, showcasing works by recent graduates of the Daytona State College Digital & Interactive Media Production Program and Photographic Technology Program. See below for important details.


16x20 and 16x22 inch frames will be provided by the museum for matted prints that are sized accordingly.

Delivering Works to the Museum

  • All matted prints, as well as completed artist labels, can be dropped off starting Monday, April 6. Final deadline for matted prints is Tuesday, April 14 between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.

    *FRAMED AND READY TO INSTALL artwork, as well as completed artist labels, can be dropped off on or before Friday, April 17 between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Picking up your artwork

  • Artwork will be available for pick-up between Tuesday, August 11 and Friday, September 4th. Please pick up photographs from the museum during business hours, between 11a.m. - 5 p.m., Tuesday through Friday. If you need to schedule an appointment, or are unavailable during the museum’s business hours, please call (386) 506-3680 or email Museum1@daytonastate.edu to arrange an alternative time.
